Travel 2016 – Vienna – Tip 3 – Fernwarme

People might have heard of the Hundertwasser Houses in Vienna, but did you know he also redecorated the city’s incinerator called the Fernwarme, which is found at the Spittelau (U4) underground station? The incinerator has globes on the top of columns and a massive bulb halfway up the main chimney. There are colourful patterns all over the buildings, fake windows, and other surprises.
