Autumn Travel – Day 28 – Lindau, Germany

Lindau is a lovely place to wander around without any specific sight to see. I stayed on the island which has its own train station. I visited the Picasso exhibition in the town museum and this was a good collection to see, especially some of his ceramic work. Picasso was a great draughtsman and he could draw beautifully. The Lindau museum was also showing a collection of the work of Friedensreich Hundertwasser in its other building close to the bus station.

Make sure to see the sunset over The Bodensee from the viewing platform near the lighthouse, where the sunlight stretches across the whole of the calm lake from the Konstanz side.
