The Glacier Express runs from Zermatt to St Moritz. The journey takes seven and three-quarter hours. The train heads down the valley to Visp before continuing to Brig, Andermatt and Chur before heading south to St Moritz.

The highlights include chugging through the Rhine Gorge, watching the train head over the tall Landwasser Viaduct – the iconic emblem of this train journey – and appreciating the viaducts, spiral tunnels, and helical tunnels that allow the train to gain 400 metres between the stations of Preda and Bergun.
